United Way Tocqueville Society
United Way Tocqueville Society was created by United Way of America in 1984 in order to deepen the understanding, commitment and support of United Way's most generous and community-minded investors. Nationally, Tocqueville Society members contributed $475 million in their own communities.
Membership in the Tocqueville Society is granted to individuals who contribute at least $10,000 annually to United Way. Recognition levels also include those donors who contribute $100,000 or more (National Society) and $1,000,000 or more (Million Dollar Roundtable).
